A bit about Chase Jennings
Chase is an Angelo State University freshman who loves politics more than he loves just about everything, with the obvious exception of sex.
He also loves graphics, web design, and comics. 
It's for this reason that he happily constructed this layout together in order to force more humor out of the lovely comic creator.
